Ora Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You may use Ora to view and share your availability, schedule meetings, and coordinate with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use Ora for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. User Accounts and Authorization

If you connect your calendar via Google, Microsoft, or Zoom, you authorize Ora to access your calendar data to display availability and help coordinate meetings. You may revoke access at any time in your account or through your calendar provider’s settings.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any actions taken under your account.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

Ora integrates with services like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Ora is not responsible for the performance or data handling of third-party platforms.

5. Termination

You may stop using Ora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security or legal reasons.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Ora is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
